Senior Benefits Check
For partners

Your seniors are owed thousands a year in benefits they never claim. We enroll them. You make it free.

Senior Benefits Check is a private service starting in Hillsborough County. A guided call finds the programs a person qualifies for; we prepare the application, a person checks and submits it, and we follow up until it is approved. The senior never pays. Local partners do, and get something concrete back.

What a partner gets

  • Your clients and members enrolled in SNAP, Medicare Savings Programs, Extra Help, LIHEAP and SSI, with the paperwork done.
  • A monthly report: how many people you helped, which programs, and the estimated yearly dollars that came into your community.
  • Your name on the thank-you we send each person. Nothing sold to them, ever.

Who this is for

Clinics and pharmacies

Patients who skip medicine for cost often qualify for Extra Help and a Medicare Savings Program. Enrolled patients fill prescriptions and keep appointments.

Churches and senior centers

You already know who is struggling. We give you a way to help that does not depend on a volunteer knowing the forms.

Local businesses and sponsors

Grocers, utilities, home-care agencies, banks: money that reaches seniors is spent in the neighborhood. You fund a number of enrollments and see the result.

How it works on your side

  1. You put our flyer or a link where your seniors are. They leave a phone number; we do the rest.
  2. We call in English or Spanish, run the eligibility check and prepare the application. Documents come as phone photos through a text message link.
  3. A trained person reviews and submits each application. We call the person back at 30 and 45 days until it is approved.
  4. You receive the monthly report. You pay per completed enrollment or sponsor a fixed number: we agree this in a 20-minute call.

Private service, free for the senior. Not affiliated with DCF, SSA, CMS or any government agency. Partner funding never buys access to anyone's data: we never share, sell or market to the people we help.

Two questions first

Tell us if this fits you

Before any call, we'd like to know two things. Your honest answer saves us both time: if the fit isn't there, we'll say so.

1. Do the seniors you serve ask you for help with public benefits?
2. What do you think of a service that is free for the senior and paid by local partners?
